No it can't. There are no 360 games on X1. Some X1 games have been ported elsewhere but none of them are old ass last gen games that were just ported to the new system.

Cool. Thanks to my PC and a 360, I can easily play FH2, Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Titanfall, Halo 1-4 and other indie games.

So when we count console exclusives we should really only count exclusives on a given platform. example Titanfall is not a console exclusive. nor is Dead Rising and neither is Forza Horizon 2. Infamous Second Son is, also Sunset Overdrive will be one.
"Collection" is the key word here.
If it was just one halo game upressed for X1 then it would deserve no hype.
But being that its 4 full games, 2 with a full graphical upgrade, all four upressed and higher framerate, new content, new levels, new ways to play, a beta for halo 5, and an all-new movie, I'd say that sets it apart from your average Remake/remaster.
