Sohh I Finally Played God of War (2018)

THE MOST FRUSTRATING AND OBNOXIOUS EXPERIENCEI HAVE EVER EMBRACED IN MY 40 YEARS OF GAMING

• I did not want Dark Souls mechanics in my GOW game
• I did not asked to be a father, when I'm doing that IRL
• The game has a shyt time telling you where to go and what to do (despite having a compass to guide you to the main objective)
• The leveling up system fukking sucks and soul crushing
• The grind to get better is obnoxious when the game feels more linear than open world
• The boy is so fukking annoying, I wanted to throw him off the boat
• The little blue bald headed dude is the saving grace of the game
• fukk the fact that the game is so badly paced, that I could end up fighting OP mobs despite being undergear
• My god the soundtrack is abysmal
• Kratos being as interesting as a mental patient on Zoloft is not what I signed up for

After my 20th death involving trying to free the dragon, I deleted the game along with the sequel.

This isn't my God of War that I loved during the PS2/3 and PSP days

Breh the game just feels like a steroided turd that won't come out the bum. The game lost me when an Aryan brotherhood cac ruin my time with being a deadbeat father, trying to beat the breaks off of me.

OG Kratos would have put hands, toes, and elbows expeditiously, but nooooooOoO, bowy Kratos want to roll and dodge like Ali with the concussions.

Breh the game was so damn boring . Like I shouldn't spend my entire time with my hand on my chin.

If I wanted to play Dark Souls with a Onyx baldie, I would download the trilogy and pop off. The fact that this game won GOTY over Red GOAT Redemption 2, makes me want to give up on humanity.

Breh the game was so damn boring . Like I shouldn't spend my entire time with my hand on my chin.

How was it boring?!?! it wasnt even like dark souls... now the valkyrie fights THOSE was very souls like but those was optional..

Breh the game just literally tell me to do this while the boi tell me to do that. Even my wife was like "dude this isn't GOW wtf ". I spent my entire time climbing, solving puzzles, running through the same obnoxious mobs, sailing in a boat, talking to a witch with no shoes on, dealing with random armor dwarfs, and back to square one.

The game should have just let me spend time hunting and chilling with the boy. That was more interesting than this slog of a game. And those boss battles...those half ass boss battles

OG Kratos fought legit Gods the size of a Sears tower, while Bowy Kratos fight Shaq sized monsters. Make it make sense

I tried to tell brehs... that shyt was a 6/10 at best. Movement was clunky as hell, the combat was ok/decent (although could've had more high scale enemies. I wanted to feel like Odysseus in that bytch).. and nothing really happened the whole game. Plus it was mad depressing.. Could've at least gave us some flashbacks to a happier time type shyt. I was gonna play Ragnarok cause I did beat the game but it took me forever to get through so I'm like fukk it.

Exactly. The game is basically mid with a Drake before Not Like Us stimulus.

The game design from the old one was JARRING yes but I got used to it... it took alot to get used to... if the game didnt have any puzzles than it would be a straight forward story action game
