SoHH I just bought an LG 47LM8600 3D LCD TV. Need some advice brehs.

So I saw a used LG 47" LM8600 at B&H in New York. Listed at $761

My budget was ~$600 for a 46/47/48", but this level of TV for like 200 more?

Since I live in New York I got it the next day. Excited as fukk to open up the box.

I open it up, and theres a crunch spot on the right side of the screen

Screen is finished

Obviously im going to get a refund for this shytty shipping I checked around to see if I can get a used/refurbished from another source, theyre all asking $1200+

But now I feel like I done taken the red pill I cant turn back to no bum ass Vizio

I need suggestions brehs. Name a TV in this bracket, something top of the line that was a previous years model, or even a current one, that you know from a source used or refurbished that I can get for <$900 (shipping included) 46"-48"

Oh yeah, and ultra-slim bezel is absolutely necessary. I need my tv to have that sex-appeal mounted on my wall

Yeah they said I need to notify within 48 business hours about any damage in shipping. Jews run that store so they were closed today, ima try them first thing tomorrow AM.


UPS shipped it. 2 guys brought in the package I look and it was placed in my apt upside down

But thats significant damage, even the styrofoam in the box was crumbled. it wasnt boxed discreet so UPS knows it was a TV in there, Id like to think they werent that careless with it. Thats a hard drop. Im thinking maybe someone at B&H knocked it over and instead of checking it, they tried to pass it off hoping they could pull a swindle.



But I highly doubt theyd give me something new. First, that model is discontinued, second, the replacements on the market are $1400+.

But anywho I need to find me a replacement.

Breh its frustrating as hell. Theres 1000 features and specs to compare and in every store they throw that 4K OLED thing in your face, but them TVs like $4000. Makes me feel like a bum like nah nah im just interested in this one for a couple hunnid

But this was like a $1500 tv I copped for like $750, I was about to WIN had somebody not fukked uo the shipping
