She waited till before his court date to write a statement which is weird. He’s a known felon that was caught with an illegal fire arm on his person. They stated that GSR results came back negative. He was only going to court for possession so when Meg went to the police station and wrote a statement they decided to charge him with other things since he also had a weapon on his person. It would make sense. The 13th will tell it all on rather he is innocent or guilty.
Also one more ting. If someone shot you.. would you get back into the vehicle with said person?

Im not sure what you are so confused about at this point.
I've seen someone i know get charged for assault and theft (it was bs related to a domestic). His own lawyer tried to make him take a plea deal where there would be a restraining order and some other shyt. He told the lawyer he's not taking the deal. I think he even went to court and plead not guilty. After a couple of weeks, they dropped all charges because of insufficient evidence. Only "evidence" they had was the girl's deposition. The idea is that they thought if he's broke, he will probably accept a plea deal instead of paying lawyer fees. But he called their bluff.People don’t get charged simply due to accusations.

Now I'm not saying that's what's going on with tory because it is a high profile case. But anything is possible i guess
Would we extend this same thinking to the 6 men charged in Michigan? Wait and see? Obviously, different crimes, and Tory would have more of our sympathy, but the government has laid out the case against them for the world to see. And private citizens not involved in the jury pool can make a determination as to guilt or innocence. I haven't seen the complaint against Tory, but I am sure it lays out the facts, as the prosecutors see them.
