How many cases with gun charges does it take more than 4 months for the prosecution to issue the charging affidavit and release said defendant in less than 24 hrs, no bail or initial hearing? How many cases has the alleged victim posted the circumstances of their case on IG despite the case still being a pending investigation? When in regular circumstances, there is either a gag order that issued in ongoing cases or the victim is advised to not speak about the case until given permission to do so? Lastly, are you really trying to say that police organizations don't have a designated unit for tracking black entertainers and purposely upgrading charges against black people (intl or not)?
