i was on SOHH for a loooong time. hardly ever posted but read it almost daily. can't believe they're getting wiped out like that.
out of sheer curiosity, who pioneered the movement over here? that was a true power move. i'm not gonna throw salt in SOHH's wounds because i appreciate what that site was and what i got from it. but for real, they should've recognized the power was in the posters. it damn sure wasn't because of the news section or anything else.

I just saw that , props to a poster named "mad82109" for cryptically saying this sites URL, a quick google and here I am, I'll mention in my intro post my history, but basically i've lurked on SoHH for probably the last 10+ years.
something i find a bit comical is I'm the CTO for a webhosting company and when they first started to have server / hacking issues, i sent a msg & email offering my assistance free of charge as a help to the hip hop community and they never even replied, oh well such is life, i guess that's one email they maybe should have read
hopefully this forum while being fun and informative can steer clear of some of the crap that made me SMH quite a few times and wonder if i should even lurk at sohh due to so many people acting like they are 9 yrs old
