I haven't even tried lactaid. the times when I learned that milk would give me the shyts and horrible gas, I just wouldn't drink it. if I'm at home, I don't even care obviously. however, I rarely ever drink milk plain. it's almost always in the food I eat. so perhaps I dont get the gas is cuz I dont need lots of milk in oatmeal.

but when it comes down to it. if you're gonna be lactose intolerant, milk is the best thing to be intolerant of. cuz if you are like me, most nikkas I know love cheese.

Yep, try it man. It doesn't taste any different from regular milk. It's a little more expensive but on the flip side that shyt lasts for about 6 weeks. If you buy some now, it won't be bad until like late June.

I'd probably get some if I really needed to drink milk and be in public. but these days, I dont have any use for it.
