Yes. They were a product of the secret project "Les Enfants Terible" which was designed to create clones of Big Boss who was seen as the perfect soldier. the story is very complex but the fact that snake is a clone of big boss is very basic metal gear solid knowledge.
Solidus is a clone.....but are Solid and Liquid still clones as well?

Mgs is a fukking anime where all types of wonky shyt happens, fukk they putting that shyt up against a dude whose abilities and universe are based in the real world?
i will say this: chaos theory and blacklist have been better than any mgs i've played especially in the gameplay department, i'll wait for phantom pain tho
