Great piece. Rumour has it that the defunct national carrier, Somali Airlines, is in the process of being relaunched soon. Turkish Airlines has been flying a few times a week to Mogadishu for a year and Air Uganda just made it's first flight. Slow but good progress.

I'm glad Somalia is accessible again. I know a lot of Kenyan Somalians that waited decades for this. Always talking about home lol.
