He probably wasn't Chinese that's why. It's a Chinese insult.
Asians and Latinos love using it. I was surprised(initially) when I was in Korea how much the women used it.
Tell them once, and they probably won't say it again(around you anyway)
There's a Korean word that sounds very similar to the N word its called Naega ( it has a completely different meaning tho ) you must be confusing it with that.
Edit : Saying "I" and "you" in Korean are 내가 (naega) and 네가 (nega)
Lol Naw Breh I'm not. I was in Korea for 4 years and a half, I speak a little and understand it(Shoutout to the Korean Dramas and Kpop)
The korean women who smash American men (probably should've just said this straight up before) say "nikka" A lot in conversation just like we do

shyt atleast he in East Point these nikkas was from Gwinnet. But they didn't try and explain themselves for using nikka they just apologized and ain't say it again
