technically he's right when he says the time it says it was created doesn't prove anything. then again, can she produce the computer file? can she explain in great detail what you wrote and why you wrote it? can she recite key sentences of the work? hope that bytch doesn't get away with it.

by the way, that girl is dumb as fukk. why did she even hand in yours? had she just handed out the copy she MIGHT have gotten away with it. It would have been unlikely but if she would have handed the one with her name, you would have gotten an F, debated with the prof and maybe she would refuse to accept your late copy and then you would have never even known she used yours. Say your prof accepts your late copy, you then hand in yours, prof says it's plagiarized, you argue but since you,re the one who looks less responsible she would tend to believe the girl. (the latter would still have gotten you both in trouble but it would have been a slightly better plan than to just hand in both...)

I told this bithc in my class to hand in my assignment cause i had to study for an exam.
this bytch printed two copies and added her name to one of them, and submitted as her own.
Prof confronted me about it, and said he will talk to her to get her side.
Should i show him the text convo and email copy i have of me asking her to submit my assignment and not to copy?

It's cause beginning of the semester, he said that he only checks if you did it or not. She took it literally thinking he just looks at the name and not read the response.
You gotta be the dumbest person on earth to do such a thing. I'm currently in my 4th year. This is my last semester and I have no reason to submit someone elses work and present it as my own.
Right now i'm thinking of threatening her that I'm gonna go to the Dean directly if she don't admit to him that she did submit my assignment as hers.
By the way for those who thinks i'm trolling. Here's the email response i got from him:
"The information you sent me does not prove anything more than that you asked X to hand in your discussion note. It does not prove who originally wrote it. I'm not saying I don't believe you. But so far, I've only heard your side of the story. I'm going to have a conversation with X the next time she comes to class. If she admits to copying your work, then I'll give you a Pass for that assignment. But if she denies it, then it's just a case of your word against hers. I'll have to give you both a No Pass for that discussion note, and hand the matter over to the Dean of Arts."
