Yes, I went 60 days to test this myself - my energy didn’t skyrocket, I stayed just as productive at work and outside work, I still hated going to the gym but forced myself to, women weren’t more or less attracted to me.

What I DID notice was that I was way more distracted by the presence of most women around me, paid attention to women I normally wouldn’t look twice at, and thought about sex much MORE.

EDIT this is why I think people “addicted” to porn / masturbation benefit from this, it places a lot of mental focus on actual females and natural attraction. I just became too distractible in a lot of ways.
