Because the dent is in the front quarter of your car rather than rear quarter. If rear quarter suggests you had control of lane and she should have saw you but since in front quarter you should have been looking for traffic in lane because you did not control it and still barely were in the lane. She may have been speeding but with no witnesses

I was all clear when getting into that lane.

Anybody know if I'll be able to pass an UBER inspection? I think I can pay for repairs after a couple of days driving.

Okay, so some pumpkin spice latte basic bytch hit my car today.

I just got it, too.

I was getting into the turning lane, which was wide open and this chick with the Element totally sped up to beat the light. Ended up clipping my driver side front.

The chick was being super nasty about the whole thing. Immediately blaming me. Immediately questioning if I have insurance. Accused me of trying to speed off. Such horse sh!t.

I looked her dead in her eyes and said "You need to calm your ass down and fix your attitude, woman."

With that she tried copping pleas talking about "I'm really stressed. You scared me, blah blah blah." I just gave her the death stare and she finally shut the fvck up while we exchanged info.

The part that pisses me off is that there wasn't a scratch on her car but mine is all jacked.

Contacted my insurance and they told me I only have comprehensive coverage, no collision. They also said that I might be at fault. Fvck.

Will they still let me UBER with this car? Because clearly I need some extra funds to fix this.

I just bought this thing with cash. Fvck me.

and for not having collision coverage. whats the point of having insurance if it won't cover damage to your car? you was over there trying to be cheap with your insurance. cuz unless there's definitive proof that they are at fault, then you gotta come outta pocket to fix your whip.

also, I got in an accident, where the dude rear ended me on lake shore drive 3 years ago, where this african nikka had insurance, but they refused to pay for the damages. and my insurance company, GEICO, fixed my whip cuz I had collision.

all this time later, GEICO is still trying to sue him and his insurance company for the $5000 damages and my deductable so I can get that refunded to me.

always get collision. collision amounts for like $250 of my insurance premium every 6 months. that's only like $40 a month extra.
