I really want to see her point but I'm having a hard time. I'm going to assume that she has two children. Each room has a closet but she wants extra closet space...I mean, you have a roof over your head and she is paying a fair price (imo) for a 3 bedroom. Maybe she has too much stuff..idk but without seeing the full picture its hard to have sympathy for her
