No way of proving this particular woman is not paying out of pocket.. However there are key indicators from her rant that leaves me to believe she's on welfare.. With that fcked up grammar being one of them..
Also, people on section 8 have to take whats available to them in the area.. They don't have the options that a person who pays out of pocket has.. Also, how can you complain about the shyt she chosen? She could've stayed where she lived previously..

Me too.. This woman could've possibly received an inheritance or injury settlement and received a large sum of money.. However, just like the person who replied to her rant, "you CHOSE this place for you and your family"..

Even if she is this welfare queen you so desperately want her to be she still has a right to review and criticize her living quarters. Because at the end of the day the apts are getting paid either directly by her or the govt....but either the Apt. Is being paid.

She's complaining about the closet size, and if im not mistaken, "its only a 3 bedroom" .. She knew that before she moved in.. And if we consider the restaurant example you gave, I wouldn't know that until they brought the plate out..
And again, she didn't complain about rodents and roaches or bad plumbing and hazard conditions.. Just small closet spaces and its only 3 bedrooms..
