Idk about licensing but definitely psychological evaluations before reproduction and afterwards. I know that's extreme but there are too many broken adults from childhood trauma. As someone who had a great childhood, I have a soft spot for those who didn't.

When they, inevitably, tack these psych evals on to things like whether you can get a loan, or your credit score, or whether or not you're a smoker, then what?

Similar thing happened to me when we lived in queens. Was 4 years old, pops was bagging groceries / paying, I said i’ma be outside, he like, don’t go far.

I wander off and I don’t know where I am, start crying. Some lady says the same thing, “Are you lost?” And gets me to a phone, fortunately I knew the phone number and my moms / sister came to get me.

This shyt broke my heart because I don’t have kids but I’m a Godfather to two beautiful toddlers and I love them like they’re my own. Some people don’t deserve to have any children at all. Salute to that brother for doing the right thing and calling the cops.
