about Tokyo being weirdly clean...damn true
So damn clean but could never find a trash can
So damn clean but could never find a trash can

lol nah thats not true. if you can blend in that is. idk if you stick out as a tourist how it is. its true they hate us but its not crazy its jut a impatience more than anything. i kept running into people from chicago for some reason and this dude caught me at the eiffel tower to try to take a picture with his camera like he was scared lol waiting for somebody he thought could speak english because french people wouldnt have it then threw up lamron next to the tower likefinally. seemed like he must have been waiting there for a minute because he seemed juiced to see me. i could relate because i got a couple little stories of french people acting funny when you ask them for something
overall paris is the coolest city in the world that ive been to. its the only city in my opinion thats like new york in that when you go you feel like youre in a different world. it has that aura
paris IS dirty asf too. that shocked me because i thought it would be more like sophisticated than that but it was looking like jamaica queens/afghanistan in some areas
i stayed in the north in the grimiest hostel in the city and was around all africans and arabs so i didnt really get that feeling of people being stuck up. they seemed chill out there to me at least in that area which was somewhat in that gare du nord region. what you said about talking to them in english is true though. made me not even want to mess with the metro because i would have had to potentially ask for what and which train to get on and off etcI dunno man, the french cac seemed fukkin disrespectful... throwin the change like you wouldnt even do to a homless man here... Straight up ignorin you if you spoke to them in english... like you wasnt there
I know they hate americans, and they have a problem with inmigrants from ex colonies from africa... but they looked more than anything racist a nd xenophobe... I thought they must hate the fact that im american and black...
On the other hand, the arab and black french seemed cool as fukk, real laid back peoples

Miami- only stayed in Miami Beach and did some driving around. It seems small like Boston but I really love the atmosphere and vibe of the city. I regret not spending time in Little Havana but I'll do so on my next trip
Daytona Beach- Average beach town, rarely nothing to do but hang at the beach unless you're into Nascar racing or motorcycles. The beach shops sell Confederate flag merchandise, which turned me off from the city.
Memphis- Spread out quiet Southern city. Beale st and the Civil Rights museum built where Dr, King was murdered are nice attractions in addition to Graceland.
Washington D.C.- Just went for a couple days to see the White House and other monuments.
NYC- Big city, bright lights
Rio de Janiero- Beautiful, beautiful city, great beaches, food, people, culture and history.
Salvador, Bahia- Great beautiful historical Afro-Brazillian city. Felt like I could've been in Europe, but wasn't. I loved the colorful buildings and walking amognst people hanging out outside in the evenings partying and chilling in streets.

If you lived here, you would hate it
I know been there a few times, too slow for me.
plan on traveling to Cuba this December for the Jazz festival. Any recommendations on how to get most out of the stay? Were you able to buy merchandise to take with you and exchange US dollars easily?
Where's the pics![]()
