Actually, I take that back.

In one of my internships, a black woman was my boss' boss. I didn't directly report to her, but I've had some interactions with her. Tough as balls, kind of bytchy and cold (had this one white bytch on her team in tears everyday ), but I guess you've kind of got to be that way if you're a 5'0" tall skinny as fukk black chick in senior level management at an F500

I currently work with a black guy on my team one position above me. He's a nice guy--ex-military and stoic, but extremely helpful and patient.

I think this just goes to show you that race is pretty irrelevant if you work at a quality institution, because generally speaking, only quality people will get hired.
