agencies need funding. from what i understand, trump defunded the agency that keept an eye on global pandemics or the threat of them occurring
not saying billionaires should be responsible for funding these, but the money gotta come from somewhere

6. what’s the point of having intel agencies if the government isn’t going to use the intel. 9/11 and now this. In both instances the intel was there to act preemptively. Yet we didn’t.
