If you care enough you might want to pop it open, stress test the machine and see how the air flow really works...

In that crossfired 7870 rig I built a few years ago...the hard drive bays were right below and slightly to the right of the cards...so when my pc got under load...it just created this little hot spot right on the cards from the fans blowing the heat off them and the heat from the hard drives rising up right into the cards...in that one little spot, and outside of my cpu it's the only spot that matters to me...anything past moderate use would cause the temp to be 80 - 85...

I eventually just got some 3.5 to 5 bay converters and moved the hard drives below my blu ray burner...and that dropped the temp around my cards to about 55...but by then the cards were pretty much done...my wife still games on it occasionally but for anything really graphically intensive it gets some pretty bad artifacts

I was just doing some research. One of my 780tis gets to 82c when gaming, but apparently that is the normal operating temp with the boost shyt and what not. I guess it's all good. Those fans are loud though. Oh well, I got a nice headset.
