Alright guys. To cut a long story short I have won a competition with a sports supplement company to travel to LA and train with the current Mr Olympia 212 champion Flex Lewis. The company have requested I document as much of the trip as possible so I am tempted to invest in a good quality, easily transportable video camera with plenty of storage (enough for 4-6 hours footage I guess).

I have absolutely no idea what to go for. I want something that is HD quality and will allow me to use it for work purposes in the future (potientially filming exercise routines, video blogs etc) but also something that is handheld and won't take up too much space. I am on a budget so best cheapest option you've got. I've been told to look at GoPro and Muvi cameras - any advice guys?

Thanks!
