For example, Mark Zuckerberg reached back and brought his old high school coding partner to Facebook. Adam D'Angelo was a childhood friend with Zuckerberg but, went to CalTech while Mark and the other three founders were across the country at Harvard. After Facebook blew up, Mark gave Adam stock and a position at Facebook. Now Adam D'Angelo runs Quora and is a multi-millionaire, all from Mark bringing him in years ago, eventhough he didn't have to. Jay was tryna give his boys crumbs and wondering why they didn't want to rock with him.
