unclothed with no visible injuries? so we can rule out a medical emergency, aside from maybe an overdose, (nothing to suggest she engaged)
The nudity suggests either posing the body, or circumstances, possibly strangulations marks, which maybe wouldn't be visible, as opposed to a gunshot or knife. Strangulation suggests intimate killing but leaving the body naked suggests anger/disrespect/no regard.
Side of the road suggests she was dropped there, and the crime occurred either while traveling in a car, but then why the unclothed body? or at a another location, then stripped, and then dropped, which is either a message, (unlikely, given that she appears to have no links to Mexican organized crime) or to cover up the crime, or divert suspicion from where it occurred.
