'Virgin killer' Elliot Rodger was addicted to mood-altering body-building drug | Mail Online

Apparently creatine is to blame for all of this and a popular meme over there is to say that creatine is responsible for unatural muscle gains, so someone is having a bit of fun . . Do the Daily Mail employ stupid people? creatine is found in meat , and pushes water into the muscles to help with performance,there is nothing hormonal and it isn't a stimulant.
Creatine is such bullsh!t. :mjlol::lolbron::russ:

Yes it is. It's a fvcking joke of a supplement. Same goes for "pre-workout" drugs. Such garbage.

Creatine is one of the few bodybuilding supplements ,you can get legally ,which has been medically proven to increase peformance. However the journalist who done this article has been completely trolled by someone on that forum.To be honest I think it wrong to call this person a troll, as whoever it is played a masterstroke.

Creatine is all about fake water weight gains that go away the moment you stop cycling. If you're trying to get chemically assisted gains then it's a lot safer to go for the real thing instead of loading up on bogus snake oil that could end up killing your liver in the long run.
