Last I read the mortality rate was an estimated 2% which is much lower than SARS. Also, this number doesn't account for any unreported cases which in reality could have it down around 1% - inline with the flu.

Have you seen reports indicating fatalities of otherwise healthy people? Everything I've read still points to the elderly...
