As noted earlier, the “Daniel Bryan Appreciation Night” that was scheduled for Friday night’s WWE live event from Madison Square Garden has been postponed indefinitely.

Bryan has now also been pulled from Saturday’s live event in Trenton, NJ, Sunday’s show from Washington, DC as well as next month’s WrestleMania Revenge tour of Europe.

WWE issued the brief statement, “Daniel Bryan requested time off and it was granted.”

I'm sure he's legit retired but I don't think he's the kind of guy who wants to be solely in an ambassador type of role. They're probably pressuring him to do these appearances when all he wants to most likely do, is get his mind around the fact that he's no longer able to do what he loves.
