I find it strange that black people take derogatory words created by whites and embrace them.

First it was the N word,now we call each other c00n.

There has to be some kind of psychological sickness going on with us because we take the worst things and try to make the best out of them which is ok for sometimes but in certain cases it's best to not be done especially with words that were made to dehumanize you by your oppressor.

The muslims were against human sacrifices because it was against their religion in the Qu'ran. They made the African convert to Islam around 700 A.D. and pretty muched wiped out African culture and replaced African power structures with arab ones. That's not even touching the Arab slave trade.

I said nothing about white people civilizing black people, I just simply made it a point that it was kind of stupid romancing the past and reminiscing on the "good ol' days". Its the same reason why the GOP is obsessed with the 1950s. Just because it happened in the past doesn't automatically make it better. It use to be completely okay to have sex with young children in mentor style relationships(both male and female children) as a grown ass man but cultures change.
