Something I just realized out about The Nutty Professor

1.) Not sure how you didn't know it was Eddie Murphy.. well you said you was a kid
Trust, every single adult, young adult, teen who had some p*ssy knew who that was
ADD or ADHD people might have missed it as well?
Off memory I know during the credits they show each Eddie Character, something he does in all of his movies

2.) Nutty Proffessor did NOT launch Dave Chappelle's career, not sure why you would make some insane shyt like that up. But nah bruh
Chappelle as a standup was already well on his way to stardom, thats why he got the part
He already did Def Comedy Jam which I guess you must have been in diapers when that was poppin

I wasnt in diapers but I was a just a kid with ADDDDDDDDD.....

But they didnt show characters in NP like they did in Coming 2 America... they were showing bloopers in the credits

When I was a kid I thought eddie murphy was fat sherman aka proffesor klump. It had a picture of him and his name on the box so i said

shyt i was only 6 years old when it first came out and at that age you dont see actors all you see is characters .

I somewhat agree/somewhat disagree with this. Eddie had great roles in good movies like Bowfinger and Dreamgirls and he stole the show with his voice work in Mulan and Shrek, but he also had films like Holy Man, Pluto Nash, Daddy Day Care, The Haunted Mansion, Norbit, Meet Dave, Imagine That, etc. etc. etc.

I don't agree that The Nutty Professor sucked though. That was Eddie's comeback after a string of bombs and being left for dead.

And I haven't seen Nutty Professor in YEARS but I knew that as him as Eichard Simmons because he use to parody him all the time on SNL

I wish eddie would go back to his 80's early 90's movie making, but that time has come and gone. Ever since the tranny incident eddie is doing safe roles but guaranteed big bucks.

I would love it if he did Beverely Hills cop 4 like he did in the 80s but that eddie murphy is dead and gone

Nah... I saw it as a kid. I watched a few weeks back & it's loaded with sex jokes & cussin. I was like why the hell was I watching this at 7 years old??? Movie for the grown folks,not the kids ...

But we all have different tastes in what we find funny.
