I guess I'm more disappointed because the food there is amazing but the service doesn't match the quality of the food and where I live we don't have a lot of options as far as black business.

No homey. Because you went to a jerk shack on a holiday and got upset enough to post about it. Places like that get food deliveries through traditional outlets like DHL/FedEx and its a holiday. They might not have gotten their regular food shipment and had to wait or call another place for support. They were decent enough to call you after the fact and let you know. You wouldve gotten no such service at a cac establishment regarding your food. You are overlooking a huge thing because you are butthurt. . The product and customer service will be on point but you kinda have to wing it and just hope for the best because they aren't up to date on the Web or through review apps

I agree, the website design is lacking heavy it's like taking a shot in the dark on whether on not you should eat there. I know the food is priority but presentation also counts too.
It's a holiday Monday, a busy weekend can mean that you have nothing on Monday morning. And since it's a holiday, deliveries are coming later.
So go easy, a holiday Monday can be a bit messy for the first couple of hours in the restaurant biz.

I hate when black folks say things like this or say " I would support black businesses but.."
then they turn around and go to walmart that will have 1000 people inside and 4 lines open, or go to these other non black owned places who don't say hi/bye or thank you when you walk in,give them your money or leave smfh

My family ordered some pizzas from Dominos last week for carryout and we had to wait over twenty minutes after they said it would be ready. Sometimes it's hard to support white businesses.
This thread didn't pan as OP expected.
Small black businesses have their shortcomings but they get passes. Others I bytch about.
