When I met my husband for the first time I was wearing a t-shirt, jeans and some Js. When he sees me dressed up he's always got the face, because he appreciates the effort, never questions it.

He knows that I'm a casual/conservative dress kinda person, and I haven't really switched that up. I think what gets SOME dudes is when a chick completely flips the script on them.

i think context is needed...because when i usually hear this is when a woman who has been with her man for a good minute has stopped keeping herself well done but on some random occasion where she is going out without him, she decides to kick it up a notch....in that instance...i see where dude would be coming from...
