Ain't nobody about to be funding no artists like the old days, these women getting it by grinding out in the studio now. That's why they glow up once they make it. It's more authentic when average or just straight up hood chicks get on the mic. It's alot of local rap though that doesn't hit outside of your immediate area. We get a decent amount of spill over from Detroit rappers that get rotation but to really hear new bangers you gotta hit the strip clubs, and stuff be homegrown as wellWhy are all these new female rappers so busted
