Some of you keep naming pop-culture songs.:snoop:
Okay...To be honest there are way too may different cultures in the US to expect EVERYBODY to know pop culture songs word for word or even just know these songs.

But when you break it down by demographics here are songs that when someone says they are [ENTHNICITY] i tend to assume they would be familiar with the following songs...

All Americans
Michael Jackson - Billy Jean

White Americans
Guns & Roses - Welcome to the jungle

Black Americans
Marvin Gaye - let's get it on

Jamaicans @skeetsinternal @Jahmal
Bob Marley - One Love
Shabba Ranks - Ting a ling

Haitians @Soundbwoy @LeVraiPapi
Tabou Combo - Mabouya
Boukman Eksperyans - Ke'm pa sote

Dominicans @flea @Raul
Juan Luis Guerra - Bilirrubina

All Spanish speaking Caribbean
Oscar De Leon -lloraras

Trinidadians
Soca Boys - Cent, five cent, ten cent, dollar

Puerto Rican
Elvis Presco - Suavemente
Don Omar - Daza kuduro

All french-creole speaking Caribbean
Kassav - Zouk la se sel medikaman nou ni
kassav - Siwo

All great hits within their respective cultures. :blessed:
