Also, when I first heard Somebody’s Watching Me I was like “dude singing the hook sounds like Mike”.

I know everyone knows who this song is by, but actually watching video still makes you go

Lead singer is a 21-year-old British dude, both the guitarists look like they dropped out of a 1950s pop oldies group and don't know the 60s have come yet, drummer looks like he's playing in his church and the keyboardist might as well be at a high school talent show.

When those vocals drop at 0:42....I don't know how the hell a British kid got that voice at 21, but Eric Burdon has the in his eyes.

i figured the thread was sparked by Bobby Caldwell. I think most black people go through that feeling when you look up that song. What you won't do for Love was always on the black radio station out here. He also sings "Open Your Eyes" which is the song I think Common sampled for the "The light".
