I'll listen to whatever in front of whoever. Not trying to come off like a badass, but if your friends are the type to make you feel ashamed of your preferences to the point that you suppress yourself for them, then you ain't got no friends. The longer you live, the more you'll realize this. Bustin' chops is cool, shaming definitely ain't. Besides, FUKK close-minded people, for real for real.

However, for those of you looking for a great (IMO) song to add to your non-hip hop / non-urban catalogue, allow me to plug this extremely underrated song from The Sundays (themselves a rather underrated 90s act). The entire album is dope, but this is my standout. Hope y'all enjoy!

And @Drinky Crow, you couldn't have given a more accurate description of nu-metal. Absolutely despicable music. They don't call it "butt rock" for nothing. :smugdraper:

Agree with the bolded 1000% but still aint finna sit in the whip with @Another Man while "theeeeeeese dreeeeeeams go on when i close my eyeeeees, every seeeeeecond of the night..." blasts from my speakers if i can do literally anything to avoid it bruh. :hubie::dame::whoa:
