Shadows probably the last good character that got introduced, maaaaybe Silver too but honestly I stopped playing by the time Silver came through and I have no clue who the rest of these mfers are

Shadow is hedgehog Vegeta like @acri1 said, hes not above working with villains but hes more in it for his own reasons than anything and he doesnt fukk with Sonic, tried to kill him a few times but will work with him too if its like... a world ending threat

Metal Sonic or Mecha Sonic is probably gonna be the real big bad of the movie, which would be awesome cause theyre both
