Fair enough one the specific song, but kraftwerk is undeniably a large influence on early Hip hop

Focus with me. The 808 drum machine was created by the Japanese. Kraftwerk was one of the inspirations for early Hip hop. You can't disprove either, and to be logically consistent with yourself you'd have to say both created Hip Hop. This would also mean that Hip hop is derivative of electronic music and not a genre onto itself
