But then somehow, for some reason, I still complete the cinematic ‘kill’.

Maybe it’s a bug I think, but no. Next time I deliberately press the wrong button. The kill goes ahead, no consequences. Then I try hitting no buttons whatsoever. The kill goes ahead. I put the controller on the table in front of me, the kill goes ahead.

What is going on here?

I ask one of the Crytek people hovering at the booth – is this a bug? Why am I completing kills when I hit the wrong button prompt? Or, worse, no button at all. Turns out it was a deliberate design choice.

Your missing the point. It's not still completing the animation. The executions(button prompts) are optional but that doesn't mean you can't still kill someone with the other attacks. So if a B button pops up and you don't press it you still continue the fight.

Also the button prompts will be off in higher difficulties.

No you don't. In GOW if you don't press the button or press the wrong button the enemy will either hit you or shake you off and the fight will continue

Yeah technically I said that, but to clarify, Im saying that of those 20 I think some will be more of the arcade type games, games that either wont be released on disc and/or will be sub$30. Games like below(does anybody really consider this when putting together exclusive list?) for xbox one...that better

The game looks like shyt, period, the character movement was not fluid at all nowhere near God of War which is what you clowns keep trying to compare it to. It is a kinect game at it's core and it shows.
