Goyer gave us BLADE and TDK trilogy. Shoot Man of Steel as a STORY was dope and how he imagined Krypton and everything. He's a GOOD WRITER.... just don't let him DIRECT a movie.

Just watched the 1987 movie again tonight. It's an 80s classic. I remember being disappointed as a kid because Eternia wasn't featured much and it was missing characters and pointlessly added new ones, but it's a really fun movie
- Dolph Lundgren was perfect casting as He-Man.
- Frank Langella killed it as Skeletor.
- Special effects, props, and costumes were all done REALLY well. The costumes were amazing especially. Beast Man looked awesome and so did new goon Saurod (shame Skeletor killed him instead of Karg).
- Gwildor and Principal Strickland provided some good comic relief.
- Good score by the legendary Bill Conti (scored the Rocky and Karate Kid movies)
It's not the He-Man movie that MOTU fans wanted, but shyt is underrated.
