PlayStation Experience is now in the past, with its big load of gameplay, announcements and information directly from the developers, and many are asking themselves whether it’ll happen again. During the latest episode of the PlayStation Blogcast, Digital Communications Senior Manager Sid Shuman encouraged fans to let Sony know if they want another:

As for doing it again next year, I’d have to pose the question to you. Do you think this is something we should do again?

Peple had a great time, so tell us if you wanna see it and use the hashtag #PlayStationExperience. Let us know.

It was also added that “the whole company had a blast,” which is definitely encouraging to hear, and it’s a good indication that we might indeed see a 2015 edition.

Personally, I had a blast too (even if I was slightly distracted by the alluring lights of Tokyo at that time), so I definitely hope for it to become a regular event. If you agree, what are you waiting for? Let Sony know.

we def. dont need another playstation experience in my own opinion. why they need to waste all that money renting out the convention installing all them games and paying cosplay chicks, and employes to come out when they can just put together a pre-recorded conference stream that shyt directly to playstation live and save maddd money. with all that money they save they can throw everyone a free retale game through psn and still save money

No point. It should be one every 5 to 10 years at least.
I think SONY, Microsoft, and Nintendo are just going to be doing their own thing soon. E3 is a massive industry event, but its better to control the media coverage on your own for these events.

Let the 3rd parties eat during E3 and have a smaller presence.

Yeah that's how I usually felt about E3. Only Nintendo could eat from E3 when they skip keynotes because their format of showing game after game works in their favor since they mainly have exclusives to show off. E3, someone has to show off the latest Batman or Trashassins Creed title.

pointless, there's already like 5 events. not to mention gamescom and end of year award shows. was cool to celebrate 20 years of playstation though

Id go if they had another one. Seeing as I'll never be able to go to E3 or TGS.

MAYBE gamescon if that is even open to the public.
