The fact that you can digitally share every single one of your games with your friends >>>> Being able to save $5 at gamestop of the retail.

But you can't. :wow:

You can only share one game, once, and you can never get it back again...and in order for that to happen, they must be on your friends list for more than 30 days

:wow:

and even in the murky "family plan", only one other person can play from your shared library at any given time :wow:

Have fun creating schedules with your friends on who gets to play what and when :wow:

The correct term is gifting and is totaly different from sharing.

:usure: how is this any different than a disc based game? Can you play the same disc on 10 different systems at the same time now?

The advantage here is that YOU DON'T NEED TO TRADE DISCS. So you can trade with your buddy all the way accross the country without the inconvenience of sending discs.

When did they say we have to ay for PSN? :dahell:

"multiplayer" was in the bullet points for psn+, then he mentioned regular psn members could still enjoy single player games. it was kinda slick...

Yes, it is totally different from sharing. Because it's not sharing at all, that's the point :pachaha: You don't have real game sharing :dead:

Nobody knows how the family plan is going to work. But it's clearly going to have some kind of caveat that specifies how a family member is identified, otherwise they would have stated "friends" or "buddies"

you'll probably have to be under the same credit card or pay some XB1 family fee.

You're not going to be able to give a game to a random friend across the country without some kind of family verification.

So, for right now, the there is no real game sharing for friends on XB1.

Exactly, how many people can play your physical games at the same time you are ??? Whereas anyone on my friends list can play every single one of my games that I'm not playing at the moment if I allow it, how is that not incredible :smugdraper:??

The trade off is the system has to verify that a$$ holes aren't gaming the system but sharing 1 game with 20 people at once. That seems like a fair trade to me :yeshrug:

:beli: how do you "share" a disc?

One person has it at any one time. The same holds true for Xbox 1

You could have stopped there:manny:

Going on Psn will still be free, but you need psn+ to play multi right?

yeah, "free" just like xbox silver. they really didn't get into the details of the other features (demos, chat/msg, etc) besides multiplayer

Are you stupid? :laff: You give the disc to a friend, he plays at his house and returns it later. On XB1, your friend cannot take your disc and go home and play on his XB1. That's the entire point of this whole sharing backlash.
