Sharing a game= sharing with friends but you stay the owner of the game.

The downside of this system is that you can only GIFT a game once, the upside is that you can share games without exchanging discs.

You left out the fact they will have to log in to your account, otherwise they will only have one hour to play your game if it's on their system. Unless they're apart of your family plan, there won't be any real game sharing going on.

In this case loaning would mean giving someone your disc and letting them install and play the game while you do the same at home. Obviously this should be blocked because then a person could buy a game, install it and sell it to multiple people.
