I purchased Diablo III yesterday on the PS Store, and sony charged me for it twice, i asked for a refund, i woke up now to find that im banned from my account? (self.PS4)

I cant access it, or the other games ive bought digitally on that account? are they freaking for real? i tried calling them, but i was number 17 in line, and gave up after 45 minutes, has this happened to anyone before? Im seriously on the verge of breaking my console right now, i have like 6 full priced AAA games on that account.
