If Scorpio uses all its power it should not be able to run on a Xbox one. Like Phil said no different sku's or nothing. The game must run on both consoles just like the Neo. Only difference is PlayStation owners don't have to wait 18 months for a more powerful ps4.

That's not an exclusive then. If a game can run on both the Larry and Scorpio then the Scorpio is being held back. That's no different than cross gen games coming out on PS3 up to PC. Any game can do what you advocate but who wantsa game like this?
