you should be able to return the game for a full refund honestly. This company should be sued for this type of dishonest practice. There should be at least some sort of minimum time period that a game must have a working online feature if it is offered as a part of the sale.

i remember buying gotham city imposters(really fun game btw), on a psn flash sale and then a month later the servers shut down.
