Ummm I don't know about this...It was the only time since the systems came out that Xbox beat Sony in hardware sales. I don't think it will be trend, especially with the amount of games getting ready to come out this month on the Superior Station. That price drop will be nice too but it's all about games now. I'm playing the Witcher 3 and I'm satisfied.

PS4 won't get a price-cut before Xmas, if it even does then. Its not necessary imo.
Agree it's not necessary, but this is US only for the rumor. With other currencies being worth more than the Dollar, it would hurt more to cut the price more in those higher exchange rate countries than here in the states.
