They should. The audience that would build a PC that powerful is mostly a different crowd than the one that will buy a PS5. If you have a PS5 level PC it's likely you primarily game on PC.

They're still in the business of selling consoles more so than MSFT so they want the Playstation to be the place you play these games at. Notice the PC games released were already old therefore I don't think they're banking on selling God of War 2 day one on PC.
