E3 is great for all games, and usually gives a great idea to the general public where a companies head is at.

I enjoy the big three showing off there goods, as well as some of the other big publishers.

My favorite part of E3 is usually the last 2 days were they sit down and play a bunch of games that didn't get the main stream spotlight.
