It may not but there's a window they're going to maintain to maximize the impact of those titles in boosting their own hardware.

They've just now woken up to the fact that once these titles sell through on PlayStation hardware porting them elsewhere can add even more revenue to something that would have just sat and rotted otherwise past a certain point.

It's like how Disney has a streaming service but they're going to maintain that theater exclusivity window on major movies to maximize revenue on films. If at some point the theater business declines to the point it doesn't make sense to do that anymore they'll revisit that decision but until then it's the status quo.
