Ps1 had battle arena toshiden
Ps2 had tekken tag but it wouldn't work on a ton of systems because of disc read error
Ps3 didn't have shyt for two years, almost went bankrupt, was later saved by the 4hr long mgs4
Ps4 had killzone and knack

Ps5 will feature ps4 games running in a slightly higher resolution, and of course a couple launch titles you'll forget existed by gens end. Ryse was and still is a beast tho (Tru Story)

Gamespot did an interview with Hidetaka Miyazaki (game director at From Software) back in October and he said Sony hasn't even given him the green light to start "Bloodborne 2".

That was 3 months ago. So it would be pretty much impossible to have it as a launch title in time for the PS5 launch.

Well sir Sony gets all this credit when in reality they do what gamers hate on Microsoft for. Using other companies to make titles for them. Sony itself is terrible at games, they just collaborate with local studios and benefit from those relationships. Bloodborne isn't happening because it wasn't mega popular outside of the hardcore. Why is there no Socon? Twisted metal, killzone, bunch of shyt they not tapping into and their new ips are trash in comparison to those. Knack, the order, D-flop stranded/etc. Only one gran turismo and it was online only which is a sin in Sonyville. The future is not looking particularly bright either
