actually, it's not the same internet, it's a subscription that can be cancelled -- nobody can cancel a hdtv, and there's no monthly bill for it either. don't know why you're still fighting so hard for always on, you should want to come as close as owning your games as possible. i like knowing if i ever wanted to dust off my sega, snes or nes, ps1, ps2, etc, all of the games would still work.
That would be the next step

Nice troll thread. 99% of people who are buying the system have a HDTV so this is irrelevant. And like I said earlier u can get one with the money you're saving by not buying the strugglebox. You figure 200 extra for that pos. I've gotten 32 inch HDTVs for 150-200

Your HDTV can go out, just like your intenet can. Poor kids in Timbuktu and soldiers on submarines don't have HDTV. What if you travel? A lot of hotels still don't have HDTV's.

through a converter, but as of right now i wouldn't need to. if my hdtv goes out, thats what warranties are for. thanks for your concern but it appears gamers dont care if there is no analog. nobody told xbox to do a 180, their just spineless and couldn't stick with their vision.
